It hasn't been until recently that I've realized how much I've missed writing/blogging. Just squeezing an exhausted thought out relieves a lot of built up stress and toxicity in my mind!
I have finally started to really settle in to the house and unpack the no essentials. Including my books, records, and most importantly journals. They're not unlike my own story which I want to have to remind myself of what I've been through and how in some aspects has made me stronger or weaker.
Sometimes they're painful to reflect on but I'm comforted to know I have them.
Just a quick Blurb to remind myself of good mental habits to keep me from crawling out of my skin because of the chaos around me :)
